Ilf2 is a regulator of stress resilience and plasticity in kidney epithelial cells

The submitted research data consist of two main components: (1) processed RNA sequencing datasets (including bulk RNA-Seq, and single-cell RNA-Seq) derived from mouse kidney, and (2) microscopy images from accompanying cellular experiments such as immunofluorescence staining.RNA sequencing was performed using a [Illumina NovaSeq 6000] platform. The data were processed using standard bioinformatics tools such as [STAR, DESeq2, Seurat], and include normalized expression values (TPM and normalized counts). Microscopy images were acquired using a confocal microscope. Data collection and analysis were conducted between October 2023 and March 2025 at the Institute of Nephrology, Hannover Medical School (MHH).
